Time keeps passing but the wedding check list isn’t getting any shorter. It was so much easier when the check list was filled with frivolous things like “start thinking about X” or “get an idea about how you would like Y.” Ummm, yeah — ok I’ve got an idea *Check* ✓!
But now we actually have to turn those ideas into actions?! Phew!
Wedding planning is a time of self-discovery. One of the things I’ve discovered about myself is that I’m a terrible blogger. My buddy Eric, who is an excellent blogger by the way, says the key to successful blogging is to post little blog entries more frequently rather than feeling like you need to save up a big blog entry. Only five months are left, so we’re making another trip to State College to do all the things we can’t do by phone or e-mail including…cake tasting! We’re going to squeeze in a few other things while we’re there: visit with the florist, check out tux rentals and ummmm…Oh yeah! Find someone to marry us.
